Chef Owner Jason has cooked for acts such as Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, The Rolling Stones, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, George Strait, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Martina McBride, Zach Brown, Maroon 5, Tim McGraw, Joan Jett, Huey Lewis & The News, Old Dominion, and Sam Hunt.

Jason received his BA in Culinary Arts at Kendall College in Chicago, IL. He has worked in fine dining restaurants, hotels, catering establishments, and as a personal chef for the last 22 years. He is passionate about food and hopes to bring his excitement to your table and take the hustle out of amazing gourmet food.
